Where our dogs come from

All of our dogs are rescued from stray dog homes.

Áskal works in collaboration with the dogs homes and animal protectors. These institutions allow us to select candidates with the following characteristics:

• reaction to sounds, no aggressive behaviour and willingness to please, that’s to say, interest in doing what we ask of them and to learn.

With this, we ensure that they will not only be a good hearing dog, but also a fantastic pet, well trained, with whom it will be a pleasure to live.
